Clinical Services Manager - Consultant Speech and Language Therapist

Location – London, predominantly Stratford

Salary – From £60,000

Hours – Full Time, Permanent London

London Speech Therapy (LST) is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of gold standard multidisciplinary services to adults, children and young people. Founded in 2009 and led by Consultant and Highly Specialist SLTs, we’ve built a reputation for high-quality, evidence-based, and meaningful clinical services across London and the surrounding areas, as well as further afield in the UK and internationally. 

Despite the name, we don’t just work in London and we don’t just provide Speech & Language Therapy. We deliver integrated & holistic services across Speech & Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology and Occupational Therapy, with our clients always remaining at the centre of what we do.  
We’re now looking for an experienced, dynamic & neuro-affirming Speech & Language Therapist to join us as a Clinical Services Manager; a senior role combining clinical leadership, service development, and team management. 

About the role:
As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within LST, helping to shape, grow and maintain our high-quality services across our clinics, schools, and community work. 

Your role will include:

Providing clinical leadership and governance across services

Supporting, supervising and developing a team of SLTs  

Overseeing quality, outcomes, and best practice in assessment and intervention

Contributing to service development, innovation and growth

Working closely with schools, families and partner organisations

Maintaining a small clinical caseload alongside your leadership responsibilities

About London Speech Therapy

Clinics: 5 London locations (Stratford, Harley Street, Clapham High Street, Monument & Belgravia) delivering gold standard assessments and therapy for adults, children and young people

Schools: Commissioned by 40+ schools and local authorities. Delivering completely bespoke services to work with and meet budget constraints. Including everything from 1:1 direct therapy to training and universal projects

Community: Supporting families across Greater London, Kent and beyond through home, school and work place visits

Online: Supporting families and reaching clients who may otherwise not be able to access our services

About you:

You’ll be: 

A HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist and RCSLT member

An experienced clinician with leadership, supervisory and service development experience

Confident in clinical decision-making, governance and quality assurance

Passionate about developing people, services and outcomes

Organised, collaborative and comfortable working at both strategic and clinical levels
